EBSCO databases will be updated with a new user interface on May 12, 2025. There will be a new User Dashboard that replaces classic system folders and custom folders.
View the instructions below to learn how you can access information previously saved in My Folder, as well as how to migrate your created Custom Folders. Items in Custom Folders will not automatically transfer to the new dashboard. Although we have steps for downloading the information into an Excel file, we also recommend exporting these items to RefWorks as a backup.
Accessing "My Folder" Items in the New EBSCO Dashboard
Records has your previously saved articles, and Searches has your previously saved searches.
For further information, please review the Ebsco Support page.
Your Custom Folder information will not automatically transfer and will be lost unless you migrate that information. To migrate that information, see the section below.

Replicating Search Alerts and Journal Alerts
Previously saved search alerts and journal alerts will not transfer to the new Ebsco user interface. We recommend saving a record of your alerts if you would like to replicate them in the future.
