You can find court cases using the NexisUni database.  To access this database here are the following steps:

  1. Start off on the JFL homepage here.
  2. To the right, under Popular Databases select Browse All Databases.
  3. On the databases page, select the letter N.
  4. In the list that comes up select the link to NexisUni.
  5. In NexisUni, select the Legal tab in the upper left section of the page to limit your search to just legal documents.
  6. On the Legal page, navigate to the Explore box in the middle of the screen and select Cases. On the Advanced Search: Cases page, go to the search bar in the upper middle section of the page and enter in the phrase "Information Technology", including the quotes.
  7. After you submit the search, you can further limit the search by date by selecting the Timeline option on the left and adjusting the date range accordingly.
