The Jerry Falwell Library provides access to RefWorks, a citation manager that integrates with Word and your browser.

You can begin using RefWorks now by logging in here.

If you are creating an account for the first time in RefWorks, please select the Create Account link. You will be asked for your Liberty University email and be prompted to create a password. This will generate an email to you with an activation link, creating your account.

If you have already created an account in RefWorks, you can

  1. Select the dropdown Use login from my institution.
  2. Select Liberty University. This will give you access to your RefWorks account.
  3. If you see an error message return to the page and select No account?-Sign Up here. And use your LU email address.

Once logged into RefWorks, you can add citations directly from the library catalog by selecting the quotation icon to the right of any book, article or DVDs which will immediately add that citation to your RefWorks collection. You can also add citations from the library databases to RefWorks using the Cite link commonly provided in most library databases. For more information on using RefWorks, please see the following tutorial: https://watch.liberty.edu/media/t/1_mugds8qp
