The library has several different databases that will give you scholarly information about a country's culture.
World Geography & Culture Online (Facts on File)
- Navigate to the main library website at https://www.liberty.edu/library/.
- To the right, under Databases by Subject select Browse All Databases.
- On the A-Z Databases page, select the letter W.
- In the list that comes up select the link to World Geography & Culture Online (Facts on File).
- Once the database loads, click on the drop-down box on the left that says Select a Country. Choose your country from the list.
- The next page will display information about your country. There are different section headings on the left. Select from these to find more information.
Global Road Warrior
- Navigate to the main library website at https://www.liberty.edu/library/.
- To the right, under Databases by Subject select Browse All Databases.
- On the A-Z Databases page, select the letter G.
- In the list that comes up select the link to Global Road Warrior.
- Once the database loads, look on the right under Select Country by List. Choose your country from the list or type in the name in the search bar.
- The next page will display information about your country. There are different section headings on the left. Select from these to find more information.
CountryWatch
- Navigate to the main library website at https://www.liberty.edu/library/.
- To the right, under Databases by Subject select Browse All Databases.
- On the A-Z Databases page, select the letter C.
- In the list that comes up select the link to CountryWatch.
- Once the database loads, look on the right under Country Review. Click Select Country and choose your country from the list.
- The next page will display information about your country. There are different section headings on the left. Select from these to find more information.
