Go to NexisUni:

  1. Start off on the JFL homepage here.
  2. To the right, under Databases by Subject select Browse All Databases.
  3. On the A-Z Databases page, select the letter N.
  4. In the list that comes up select the link to NexisUni.

Search by Title:

If you already have a title to search type the title in quotation marks like so, “The Case for the Contingent Exclusionary Rule” in the big search bar and hit the search icon.

NexisUni is defaulted to search News. To search articles, you will need to select Law Reviews and Journals on the left.

Articles will then appear in your search results. If you click on the first result ARTICLE: The Case for the Contingent Exclusionary Rule it will take you straight to the article.

OR

On the left of the big search bar select the drop down labeled All Nexis Uni and select Law Reviews and Journals. Then type the title in quotation marks like so, “The Case for the Contingent Exclusionary Rule” in the big search bar and hit the search icon

Articles will then appear in your search results. If you click on the first result ARTICLE: The Case for the Contingent Exclusionary Rule it will take you straight to the article.
