There are essentially two ways to save a PDF:

First way:

1.   Right click within the PDF.
2.   Choose "Save As".

 

Second way:
 
1.   Look for a disk symbol or the word "Save." These are usually found to the right of the PDF, but the location may vary depending upon the database you are using.
2.   Click on the symbol or the word "Save" and follow the steps to save the document into your files.
